There was a special event during this week; I was invited to Debbie and Vicky’s Birthday party.  Vicky and I used to study in the same department at University and Debbie had become somewhat of a legend among my close friends. Debbie and I had met briefly once before but hadn’t managed to have any meaningful interaction; now she had solidified herself within my close friends’ circle I was keen to find out a little more about her.  You may be able to sense there is a theme in recent posts: I was using my time back in the UK as an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and I plan to continue now I’ve returned.

I can confirm Debbie is lovely and in the months since I’d say we’ve become close friends; Debbie may argue something different but then she can start her own blog! Breaking the timeline, here she is two months in the future with a beaming smile on Primrose Hill when Steve, Debbie and I went for a stroll armed with cameras on a 'sunny' day.
