I much prefer Bohinj. Bled is the fairy tale and Bohinj is the dream. When you're the only one looking out onto the lake and watching the fresh powder blow across the mountains, you quickly lose any worries. It's not the same tourist trap like Bled.
There is a circular walk through the surrounding woodland where each angle of the area brings something new.
Time slows on the lake and it's only the cold tips of your fingers keeping track.
